Provision of access to a cloud based storage solution for material documents. Optional access to every leaseholder.

Adhoc Maintenance works are planned and communicated in advance to the residents to ensure minimal disruption

Optional 24/7 emergency helpline is made available to all blocks, providing residents with the peace of mind 

Health & Safety Compliance

Health and safety and compliance assessments will be administered in line with regulatory requirements.  

Prompt Preparation of Budgets

Annual budgets will be prepared in liaison with you in good time and served promptly at meetings or on request. 

Preparation of Statutory Accounts

Year end accounts will be prepared in line with regulatory requirements and presented to the nominated accountants for sign off. The accounts will be made available in good time for AGM’s.
